i did not know fuchsia bore fruit the plant is 30 years old this is the first time.

often get fruit later in the year and they make a light tasting jam. better mixed with other fruits.

Better put them with something tasty then -they don't have much flavour of their own.

Blame the weather. The fruit is actually edible, but a bit insipid to me.
You could even try sowing the seeds on the inside and see if you get a different form of the Fuchsia.
