EEEEKKKK HELP!! I have the leaf sucking monster beginning with P on my bay tree, cannot find an answer except neem oil. i have 3 beautiful bays 14 yr old. first time had problem can anyone help.

they don't seem to think it is a major issue rather a more cosmetic one. gives advice on what to do.
if there are only a few remove those leaves etc.
