Phygelius x rectus, probably the variety 'African Queen' judging by the image on the left - the flowers look redder in the other photo, for some reason. Common name Cape Fuchsia, can be invasive...

yep it is indeed. I have this and in one area it is behaved and in another less so but it pulls out easier enough.

Looked closey at mine this morning and it is much redder inside the 'throat'. meant to say pulls out easily enough.
