it is a shrub so you cant split it but you can prune it to the size where it will be small enough for you.

Prune after flowering if memory serves.

If you want more, you can take cuttings, or layer the lower branches.

if you move it now then you will have to prune it to give it any chance of surviving. plenty of water too especially in this dry spell.
