Does anyone know what this is please? Lots of them growing in the grassland nearby, we’ve seen so many wild flowers and plants on our daily walks.

Looks like a teasel to me. Dipsacus species.

I thought teasel as well.

Definitely teasel as I have some up on the field. The bees adore the flowers, which are a lovely lavender shade and the Goldfinches love the seed. They are a joy to watch later in the year.

How do I say thanks?
