Can anyone help,I have a Helenium short n sassy,which I put in last year.It says it flowers from June to October,but mine has flowered all winter, can anyone tell me when to cut it back and how far.Thank you for your help.

you can cut back the flowering shoots when they fade. you will get new growth from the base from now on.
my Sahin's only stopped flowering last month it is now cut down and ne growth is going strong.
