Would it be ok to move a Choisya now, providing the ground isn’t frozen. It’s only a couple years old and is struggling in its current position. Many thanks

My ground here is like permafrost. Even if you choose to wait until late March, you'd be fine.

yes it will be providing the soil isn't waterlogged /frozen. try and disturb the root ball as little as possible, but mind you don't hurt your back.
