Good evening all, help if you can? what have I done wrong with my Angel Wings it's in a sorry state

I suspect it is too wet. silver leaved plants are usually happier in drier environments.

Thanks I've been watering as it's been so dry here even this evening, will it recovery?

should do yes. It is a Senecio and they tend to be tough unless get too wet.
