I was going to suggest comfrey but the leaves aren't right. The bees will love it and goodness knows we need to encourage them so I'd leave it in the garden unless someone knows otherwise.

I recognise it but can't for the life of me remember the name. It's sticky to touch, isn't it? If not, I have no idea what it is!

How big is it? my first thought is something like stitchwort but with no idea of scale it is difficult. as for it being a weed, it is only a weed if you do not want it, that being true for cultivated as well as wildflowers.
