This is a standard rose I planted last year and should be, like last year, a yellow rose. However, this year it appears to have grown some flowers of a different colour, as well as the yellow ones. Puzzled?

meant to say to keep it all yellow tear the shoot with the pink flowers down away from the stem.

I suspect the shoot with the pink flower has come from below the graft and that is from the root stock variety. The shoot must be very close to the graft union.
