Looks like a Billbergia, a bromeliad. I would say B. nutens, but those tend to be more upright; so maybe it is B. windii, which is more of a hanging basket type. Easy to care for - just put water in the centers, sometimes with a weak liquid fertilizer. Let the water level go down so it doesn't sour. They flower, set pups, and then sit around doing nothing; so it's a good idea to discard old pieces every couple of years.
