Can anyone tell me what's wrong with my variegated Schefflera? I've had it a few months and after some weeks odd leaves of leaf rosettes began to show a soft brown patch. The plant itself looks quite healthy but some of these patchy leaves drop off. I don't think I'm overwatering it so wonder if it has a virus of some kind. Any help would be appreciated.

It’s not in the sun Seaburn, but in a corner of a room that doesn’t get any. And these splotches are random, plenty of leaves show no signs of it at all. I’ve googled it but can’t get any real answers.

it looks a bit like sun scorch. have you splashed water on the leaves by accident?
