I used to visit saville gardens near Windsor in late summer they grew very tall 6ft alstoroemerias collum like and wondered how they did it as I only ever see dwarfed or at the most 3ft claimed plants for sale

I found bomarea related to alstroromerias so this has taken me off on to another species thanks the van meuwen alstroromerias went very exciting thanks again

I just googled giant Alstromeria and came up with the following. Not that I am suggesting you purchase from them, but a further search might bring up what you are looking for. These are given as 'climber collection Alstromeria' with a height given of 56".
