It's Alchemilla mollis

Also known as Lady's Mantle. (Just look at the cloak-shaped leaves after rain and notice how they hold the raindrops). The greenish flowers make a nice foil for other plants or for flowers in a vase. The plants look rather sad once the flowers die down but you can cut off the old leaves and new ones will appear.

And it seeds itself everywhere, sometimes a long way from the parent plant.
