depends on how dried out they are . if you have already bought them go ahead you have nothing to loose. mine are only just poking above ground due to the cold weather we have had over this year. if they are in the gc awaiting purchase I don't think I would bother.

I think you'll be just fine. My dahlias haven't even showed yet. I wouldn't delay though.

I just bought some yesterday and I checked on the label to make sure they were at the right time so I should think you'll be ok with them :)
