Good morning all Happy gardening Sunday, yesterday day I cleared out all the joins in my paving which looks good, my question is what do I fill them with now? someone said sand and cement which seems logical but what mix? would there be some bag of ready made mix that would make life easier as I suffer badly with Pain.

You can buy Ready mixed mortar. It should do the job easily. It is very dry (obviously) so you only need to brush it into the spaces and then gently water it in.
