Can anyine identify this seedling please?

Bit difficult at the moment but my guess would be antirrhinum or zinnia.

They were in a packet of Tithonia seeds

Hi, if the leaves on the more developed seedlings have a velvety/hairy feel, then I would say that they are the Tithonia, the two with just the cotyledons, look very much like sycamore seedlings, Derek.

in the bottom of the picture there appears to be one like a cosmos.

My first guess was Antirrhinum :)
