The tops of my potatoes have been hit by frost...will this harm them

It's getting a bit late for potatoes anyway, so as SBG says, lift them now, let them dry off for a day and then store.

They don't like a lot of frost as it encourages them to rot . If you can lift them and store in a dark frost free place eg shed/garage.
