Lilies

My lilies, which are all in pots, now look untidy since the flowers have died off, does the foliage need to be kept on to feed the bulbs, (like daffodils) or can I tidy them up?

I think it's Ok to cut off when it's gone brown. I do this with my lilies and they come back well next year.

I put the pots in a corner somewhere until the foliage has gone brown, then take it off.

If the leaves are still green it's best to leave them. They are like daffodils and need food to make a new bulb.
