Edging for what? between border and path? is the purpose of it purely decorative? More information please....

if its for edge of path etc bricks laid at an angle looks good. [we did a path like that as we had spare bricks from a building project.

how long do you want it to last as this will also make a difference. how big an area?

Perhaps best to avoid the little plastic edging units - some are grey and some look like bricks. They look OK for a while but go brittle and snap.
