Can anyone ID this please? My boss planted a seed a couple of years ago, from a seed pod (as shown in the photo), it has cute little yellow flowers and loads of these pods, they're fleshy to touch and have about 15-20 seeds inside. The seeds are green then go black. I've taken a couple of the pods to dry out properly before planting them. This is about 2 years old and approx 2'6" high already.

I think its Colutea arborescens, common name bladder senna. Likes poor soil but requires full sun.

It does look like it to me too. Our children used to love popping the seed pods which is what they are.

Thank you both! That's exactly what it is! I'll show my boss tomorrow! I'm looking forward to trying to grow one myself!

How do I say thanks?
