it looks like a small dianthus species. dead head any spent flowers and give it a good feed. you could try taking cuttings from some of the non flowering sections. pull a small section off so that it leaves a small spur/heel on the stem. place into good compost and keep warm and moist. you could dip the spur into hormone rooting powder if you want too though I don't usually bother.
