Hi all! I'm hoping somebody would know why my palm tree has suddenly sprouting what look like mini pines?! The leaves are a totally different colour and texture and I'm worried it's a disease or a weed within the palm. Many thanks for your help!

It's fine,its just flowering, that's all. Cut them off at the base of the stem when they go brown eventually, if you can reach them, but its fine to leave them on, they just fall off in bits over time eventually. Enjoy them while they look like this!
