The bottom one is a double Tulip. The top one looks like a Tulip also, but I am having a hard time placing it. I'll keep looking!

The yellow one is in my friends garden iv been looking to see if I can buy it anywhere but still can't find it.

Perhaps your friend could give you a few bulbs to get started?

For the first one google tulipa sylvestris. The red one I think is a hybrid peony flowered tulip. It is hard to say which one but google late double red tulip and you may be able to find it. I have one called Sunlover but do not know if this is it.

T. sylvestris looks like the likeliest candidate, or some color form or hybrid of it. Maybe only partially open.
