Polemonium caeruleum maybe? common name Jacob's Ladder.

my first thought was Mimosa. do the leaves collapse in on themselves when touched? if yes it is M pudica.

Hi, I would agree with Bamboo, the leaves look too straight for Mimosa, they usually form more of a 'V' shape, and if the seed have only been sown this year, I don't think Mimosa pudica would be as large as these appear to be, so I think Polemonium caeruleum is a safer bet, Derek.
