Hi
I bought a young fig tree in the summer which I've not planted yet, it's still in its plastic pot.
Should I plant it now before the winter or leave it in its pot till spring either on the patio or in the greenhouse?

At this time of year, I would put it in the greenhouse and you could still pot it on if you aren't going to plant out in the garden. If you intend to plant it out then you have lost nothing by waiting until the spring.
