It's a variegated form of Spanish Dagger (Yucca gloriosa). It likes sun, excellent drainage, and a light feeding with fish, bone, and blood in spring, to encourage blooming. If the winter is severe, it may freeze back, but it should recover from underground rhizomes. Blackfly has been known to attack the flowering stem, but otherwise mostly pest free.
