Can anyone identify this shrub which I planted about 10 years ago please. I was a very inexperienced gardener then and tended to put anything anywhere! It has a 'weeping' habit and is beginning to take over the border.
Am wondering whether I could cut it right back and move it to a shady part of our driveway.

does it produce any flowers or catkins? if so when doe sit do this?

When did you take the photos? Could be a Kilmarnock willow but need a pix of the whole tree.
