Less a question than advance notice, this is the lovely Kells Bay Garden on the Atlantic coast in County Kerry features its own micro climate and you will have a chance to see some of it very soon (over next few weeks) as it will feature on Gardeners World.

Is this near where the Book of Kells originated?

No Steragram, that's another Kells in County Meath. It did look well tonight, didn't know about the old matriarch fern giving rise to all the others, fascinating thought to have all that lineage in one garden.

It must be a great experience to walk through the tree ferns - and all from one original tree.. The garden is rather beautiful. I like the new one hour programmes on GW.

I saw the programme thanks to you telling about it. I would love to walk through that forest of tree ferns.
