It's Geum 'Mrs.J. Bradshaw' - all you need to do is cut back the flowered stems to the basal leaves when they're finished.

Yes I agree they just need dead heading.

Being a bit picky you don't prune perennials you dead head them as above, and when the clump gets too big you can divide them - but your clump of geums isn't big enough to divide yet.
