Not for sure - could be Mrs. Sam McGredy, or Picasso, maybe Dortmund, though that generally has more petals. I can tell you its not a hybrid tea, is more likely a floribunda or climber and is probably classed as a 'hand painted' rose.

Its a rose variety - in a bit of a state, despite its flowers.
