Does anyone have any advice on vine weevil control please - last year I used Bayer vine weevil control but it has been taken off the market - Jane

Since when? It is still being advertised on line.
Otherwise there is the Nemasys stuff.

Bug Clear Ultra vine weevil killer, but at this time of year, you can use nematodes - google Nemesys and select vine weevil treatment

Another vote for Nemasys. It works and doesn't kill everything else that is beneficial. I grow mostly Buddlejas and systemic insecticides are an absolute no-no, as these enter the nectar and would kill the butterflies and bees I want to attract.

Nemasys. Not cheap, but totally natural, can be used with all plants including vegetables and fruit, and it works.

Definitely agree with everybody above! I got someof that for myelderly aunt and unclefor their pots inpart of their garden, keep refrigerated unless all used at once and water the plants through a can diluted with the nemasys and each plant had a thorough soaking! highly recommend!!
