Some of my roses leaves are shrivelled and stunted on the effected ones it soon involves the whole plant normal rose spray has no affect so far I have never seen this befor should I distroy affected plants or is there a spray ?

Also, are they near the property line, where the neighbor may have accidentally sprayed something?

Please post a photograph of the affected plant - impossible to advise without seeing what's going on. More information too please - how long have you had the roses and have you fed them at all?
