I bought this house plant a couple years ago. Well I miss placed the tag, so I can't remember the name of it. Can someone help me out?

It's a ZZ plant (Zamioculcus zamiifolia), one of the weirder members of the Calla family. Surprisingly drought tolerant--I would only water it about once every 5-7 weeks, indoors. Yours looks like it might not be getting enough light.
