Hi I've just moved into a new property that has this apple tree that I suspect has a few diseases.being a avid learner mysel I would appreciate any help on diagnosis and possible treatment?

Don't worry about the mossy stuff on the branches. It a lichen, does no harm at all and is sign of good air quality.
