Yes it is a lysimachia and I also call it creeping jenny. It is good in a hanging basket.

I know it as `creeping jenny`, it`s a Lysimachia. Spreads absolutely everywhere in my garden, has small yellow flowers. I find it can be a difficult plant to get rid of.
