I want to install Hozelock water timer with water entering from bottom and illustration shows it coming in from top is this possible

Well, I would shoot the Hozelock company an e-mail to find out. You will probably also need a male to male and a female to female fixture. If you have to mount it upside down, can you adapt--sometimes easier said than done! :)
