Since last week my perfect 3 year old sago started to go yellow, any advice. Can I cut the stems off please. Anyone know about flushing please,

I guess that my advice wasn't helpful, Shazziepx. Can you show us a close-up of the leaves? If it's not sunburn, it might be some kind of pest damage, which can be identified by the exact pattern of yellowing showing.
