Looks like Coleus. Bright Shade & rich moist soil. Also works nicely in containers or hanging baskets. No direct sun.

Also, pinch the flower spikes out as quickly as you see them--the foliage deteriorates quickly if you leave them on.

agree with all above. it isn't hardy so it will be killed by frosts. makes a nice house plant too. they are easy to take cuttings from too. if you don't know how just ask.

Agree, specially with nipping out the flowers, pinch out between finger and thumb at the base of their stem as they appear, including the ones visible in the photograph currently.
