Sorry me again. My white spirea hasn't flowered this year

Have you pruned it at all, during summer or autumn last year, or this year?

Is it a bridal veil type of spirea? Mine hasn't yet but a lot of things are late here in the north. Have a close look at the leaf floret and see if there are tiny flower buds inside.
