I planted rowan trees in march most of the leaves have turned brown it might have been to do with windy and wet conditions in April they are supposed. To be hardy trees that grow on mountains does anyone know if they'll recover there's a few leaves that haven't developed yet

To answer your question fully, you need to describe the size of the trees you have planted and the condition of the soil. Whilst some larger trees will cope with heavy, wet soil, smaller subjects will not cope with water-logging, as the immature roots will be starved of oxygen and the tree may fail.
