How much compost do I need in litres to fill nine 450x450x450mm large tubs. Base layer will be 6 inches on polystyrene break ups.

.45 x .45x .45 =.091 cubic metres (l x w x h)
x9 containers = 0.82 cubic metres
x1000 = 820 litres.
If you are using chips in the base then you need to subtract their volume from the total.
