I would like to thank BathGate and Jimmytheone for their answers to my question yesterday about re-using last years compost, but I can't find any obvious way of doing so, being new to your site — and gardening for that matter. Anyway, thanks, both of you. I'll do as you advise.

Just log on as any goy member would....go to your question....click on it....read your answers.....at the end of the comment chain give your thanks in the empty "add comment box" ....click on the green add comment tab and your thanks will be there for all to see and those who gave answers will be notified that a new comment was made to a question that they have answered. This way you can stay within the chain of your origional question.
