I have planted a pear tree about three months ago and now for no reason that I know of, the end of the leaves are going black and also black spots have appeared on them, can anyone help.

If you've had the drought that a lot of the UK has had you probably haven't watered well enough, Bamboo's advice is to leave the hose on trickle at the base of the tree overnight.
