It looks like Strelitzia reginae, or Bird of Paradise plant. Indoor only, its tender and this one's obviously been kept in low light conditions - it needs a sunny spot, even indoors. Can be stood outside during the summer months.

Thanks, yes it doesn't seem to like being outside it's started to wilt a bit, the person who left it must have left the wrong info.

Ah, that explains the drooping then, cold temps!
