What is the name of this wild flower found in my border? I thought it was a type of scabius but the leaf is not right !

Hi, looks like Echinops, common name, globe thistle, but can't say for certain, which species it is, there are about 120, and most of them look very similar, they are sold commercially, and are quite popular, Derek.

Echinops, loved by bees and butterflies. They do spread a bit though.
