If they were container grown ones then they will not have had much chance to put out new roots from the old compost yet, so yes you can move them. Give them a good soaking first and after moving. Try not to remove too much of the compost when you dig them up.

ie the compost that was in the pot they came in. Dig your new hole first before you dig up the shrub so you can put it straight in.
