Easy. Snip of some new non flowering tips, take off the lower leaves, leaving just the leaves on the top, and put them in a pot. Don't over water but keep them just moist. I've taken cuttings and put them straight into the ground but not when it's as dry as it's been this year.

Dry? We've just had twice the normal rainfall for July!

My clay soil is very dry. In the park the ground is cracking. I live in Bucks.

I'm on the Lincs/Rutland border and its very dry here as well, Karen did save everything though as when she was visiting her mum she did bring some much needed rain with her, she took it back with her as well,LOL....
