Hi, welcome to GoY, what has the weather been like in your area ?, if it's been dry, it could be short of water, Salix like a LOT of water, is it in the ground, or in a pot ? if in a pot, it will need even more water, or if it's just been planted in the ground, more water, I think this is probably the answer to your problem, Derek.
