Hi there,
I'm a real beginner on my garden but I have some lovely lavender plants but two of them seem to not be flowering and have lots of these things in the photos, does anyone know what I should do to get rid?
Many thanks

Not sure about the second image, but the top one looks like Cuckoo spit. This is the home of the larval stage of the froghopper, which is harmless.
Cannot see the others clearly enough

It might be rosemary/lavender beetle. This will tell you how to deal with it. http://www.bbc.co.uk/gardening/advice/pests_and_diseases/identifier.shtml?rosemary_leaf_beetle
